how to know if a PSX game is patched. I don't have a
psx but a PS2. And want to know how I can know if
a Psx game is patched. Do I need a special utility
for this, can I patch it again to PAL if the games is
already patched to NTSC.

Yes, you can patch a game from NTSC to PAL back to NTSC, or vice versa.

if yer PS2 ain't chipped, forget about patching, as it won't work anywayz.
