I lost my original diablo 2 cd and i lost my cd-key.

i only have a backup cd, and a key-gen program

Is there any way to play diablo2 and/or the diablo 2 expansion on battle.net in my situation?

Turn your backup CD into a CD image using a program like CloneCD (http://www.elaboratebytes.com) then use DAEMON tools (http://www.daemon-tools.com) to emulate the SecuROM protection that Diablo II uses.
