Can anyone tell me if this is a good burner for PSX/PS2 games? Its the Sony 24X10X40 Internal CD-RW Drive. Can anyone also tell me if it can burn 80 minutes? Im pretty sure all cdrws can do that now anyways.

Your best bet is to ask on the cdrw section of this board. What they dont know about cdrw aint worth knowing.:tup:

My brother has the 12x Sony and it copies PS just fine. It also reads subchannel data and copies RAW so it is good for archival backup. If the 24x is like the 12x you will be happy.

You should be fine with the Sony m8. I have an older cr140 e which is 8x4x32. It copies PS games no prob and is compatible with 80min CDR. I've always used Clone CD to copy the PS games and it's always been my fault if i ended up with the odd coaster!
