Where to download a good ntsc 2 pal patch for the PSX game
dragonball GT : final bout
I have patched te game with PAL4U
and then there is a black line at the bottem of the screen.
So, I need a patch without this black line.
I know that these patched are somewhere, because i've
other NTSC 2 PAL patched games and there are no black lines visible
