Hi guys
Ok ive read all the aspi help and have a question-i have just installed nero 5.5.6.4 and am just about to install cdrwin 4.0a. when i go to install cdrwin and it asks me if i wish to use the cdrwin aspi layer or my current aspi layer on my machine, which should i use ?

also if i chose to use the aspi layer on my computer and i get an error in CDRWIN (as has happened in past) sayin 'Unable to initialise aspi layer'-should i revert back to using the Aspi layer provided by CDRWIN or copy the 'winaspi32.dll' file into my cdrwin folder from my nero folder ? or should i just force aspi ?(which i have found unreliable in past)
ne help appreciated guys
cheers

Installing a woking ASPI layer will hurt nothing and might help with some appz
ForceASPI should work, if not have a look at Liru's post "ASPI in WinXP" for an alt install

However neither of those appz require this in XP, CDRWin will need the wnaspi32.dll file from your Nero folder though. And yes just select to use your current ASPI when installing it.
