I have just got a copy of nero 5.5.2.4 but am getting an error message when I try to record audio cds:
"Sorry this Nero version supports Creative recorders only."
Mine's a Samsung CDRW/DVD SM-308B running on a p111 850 Mhz.
What can I do?

I do not know if this applies to you, but OEM versions which are bundled with a specific Writer are tied to that manufacturer and will not work with another type of writer.

If you were given or bought that version from someone it may well be that it was originally bundled with a Creative Writer and will not work with any other.
