Well Freeserve give free webspace to their members. Most, well i'd say all will give you some space. Who is your ISP? Maybe they will give you some webspace.

if its only small stuff you want to store? E.G. files. You could all ways get a yahoo email account For Free, and they give you a 30meg Briefcase where you can store stuff.

Freeserve now give 30MB to store files. They also don't seem to care what you store as I've been storing .exe and .zip files there for years.
