How do u download something from mIRC if u are constantly kicked out of rooms for being idle?

Try the newsgroups instead..no kicking out while you're idiling :D

I don't think you have to stay in the room - once you have queued your files you can leave that room. But you usually have to stay in the "channel" (the room where all the triggers and other info go scrolling by). I don't think there is a time limit on how long you can idle in these "channels"
