JayDot............
celtic_druid Jan 21, 2002, 11:28 AM Using RAW SAO you can still burn some games... however I would suggest that you get a second burner such as a lite-on 24x.
JayDot Jan 21, 2002, 02:31 PM My back up Copy has Sims.ccd, Sims.img and Sims.sub file on my cdr but it doesnt work is there something else I must do??
Or did the copy not Work????
What Drive Can Copy DVD/CDr Base Games with DAO RAW & RAW SAO??????????????
celtic_druid Jan 21, 2002, 11:51 PM You need to burn the image, not the files as a data CD. The sims only uses SafeDisc so you should be able to copy it fine.. If Clone CD won't burn the CCD file then perhaps try using another program that supports CCD files, such as CD mate.
JayDot Jan 22, 2002, 05:16 PM Thanx~
on My Backup CDR those are the Three Images on the CD
Sims.ccd, Sims.sub and Sims.img
When I take it from Hard Drive to CDR is there a certain way I copy on CDR or BURN it to CDR? Isn't that the Same Thing!
Coping to CDR and Burn it to CDR?
celtic_druid Jan 22, 2002, 07:11 PM I will say this one more time.. You do not want to burn the image as files on a data CD. You want to burn the image as an image, which means using a program which supports the image format (CCD) which would generally mean Clone CD, however if you are having problems using Clone CD then try another program that supports Clone CD images, such as CD mate.
