I have Zone alarm pro installed on my system,
using cox cable internet. I did a who is on a
couple of the ip's that it blocked and they were from China, and Korea. Should I be concerned about this? Thanks in

They are more likely to be port scanners, they just scan everything and anything, unless you get the same IP address for many times per hour, there should be nothing much to worry about.

A good Firewall and a good-and-uptodate Anti Virus software is your best protection, back by common sense, like not downloading files or emails from strangers, should keep you from harms way.

People are always scanning pc's. Most are script kiddies that get hold of a sub 7 scanner and think they're cool.

People with high speed connections can scan lots of pc's in a very short amount of time.
