as long as its coated with some sort of insulation!!! DON't use bare wire!!! Will be the death of your PS2 if you do!!...

I think 22awg is to thick for the controller pins. Do yourself a favor and get Kynar 30awg wire rap. It works well and is solid (not braided) so it's easier to work with IMO.

22Ga :eek: NO friggin way. It's waaaay tooo thick. I use 30ga and I'd recommend you use it to. And for god's sake, use a 15W iron. Nothing hotter. You will remove components off your board.
