You can try to use the XP PowerToy called Image Resizer if you're using Windows XP.

what u do is go to image tab at top and u will see image size , once u pick that u get a new box , there u will either resample the pic by pixels or the actual size on the lower half of that window , u can also uncheck the bottom where it says constrain proportion if u wannna change the pic un proportionally , hope this helps

Hi there,

To make a picture larger and still have it clear you might want to take a look at

Just change the resolution and/or the dimensions (pixels/inch, pixels)

eg if the image is 300 pixels/inch and 900 x 900 pixels it will be 3 inch x 3 inch when you print it out, if you change it to 300 x 300 pixels , leaving resolution same it will be 1 inch x 1 inch when you print it

I use image re-size in ACDSee. Its a great basic editor and explorer and I have Photoshop programs coming out my A**!

I have a digital camera and I usually re-size photos to 30% before e-mailing.
