OK..

I convereted the bin and cue, well the bin to cdi...no prob

I converted the new cdi to nrg...no prob

I burned the nrg...it doesn't work!

It won't boot, with or without the disc

did I miss something?

Try extracting your files from the original binfile with isobuster, get the fix for SotB from DCCopyworld.com, apply it and make it selfboot with Echelons kit... works fine. :tup:

I got all that except the echelon self boot kit

I have a dreamcast self boot kit, it a txt file with cdrwin, autodummy, and other stuff...but no mention of echelon...is echelon's on dccopyworld? I can't seem to find it?

im sorry to tell u that echelon is a hole group of persons who really made all this backup thing possible. therefore echelon is THE numero uno cr...... cre out there ... they released some tools and read-me's (all in one kit .. sooo u got an selfbooting toolkit)that help u with all that self-booting thing

take a look in the dc f.a.q. folder .......
