My problem is that _all_ my VCDs have a very quiet sound for speech, and a very loud sound for all other (f.e. action scenes).
So when looking a movie i have 2 possibilities:
a. Hear what they say but when there is other sound, it gonna be VERY loud :(
b. Don´t hear what they say :(

So is there a possibility to raise the volume of speech when making a VCD?

Running the sound through a normalisation filter before encoding or while playing may help.
