Hi, im capturing video from my old video tapes and When i play back the file i get a loud buzzing noise. Is there anyway to clear this up? Thanx for you help

If the buzzing isn't on the video tape, then you're adding it as part of the recording.
Could be an earthing problem.
Maybe your cable isn't good enough quality.
