I have an R-mod for my V4 PS2. I'm trying to get a copy of Metal Gear2 to boot using the instructions that are at gamegizmo, lik-sang, etc. The original I'm using is GTA3 and they both have the same size TOC so that's not a problem. I have a GS2 version 1.99d. Anyone know what could be up? Thanks.

here you go
1. boot up to GS menu
2. select Davemirra codes
3. pick exactly 80 codes (no more, no less)
4. now start game WITH CODES
5. it should say something like too many codes
6. Now do press eject and replace it with an DVD original BIG TOC GAME ex. DMC demo (wait 15 secs)
7. hit X
8. now hit O twice (you should now be back at the original GS menu
9. now start game again BUT WITHOUT CODES
10. Now do the knife swap or whatever method ya do with the Rmod to eject the tray and swap the original for the DVDR
11. press x and enjoy
