OK. can this burn DVD-R's?

Or only DVD-Rams?

WHATS THE DIFFERENCE?

Can i burn the RAM and play it on a PS2? Movie or Game?

I believe its Model Number: LF-D211 LF-D210 LF-D211CB

dvd ram is totally diferent to dvdrw. it wont burn a dvd r ,it is not a burner. i think it uses something like optical data transfer. were as a dvd rw burns with a lazer. it is more like a removeble hard drive for storing data, but saying that i think you will be able to put a film on to the disc but will only be playable in the ram drive

The Panasonic LF-D311 can write to DVD-R and DVD-RAM. I doubt that the modles you mentioned can. DVD-RAM is no good for PS2 games or movies on a PS2 or just about any standalone DVD player.
