Hello there,

I've a simple question. I have a neo2.2 chip installed. But everywhere I look, I see that I need certain patches which I need to play those backups. I just want to burn a PS2 DVD game 1 to 1 and when finished play the backup on my PS2.
Is this possible?

Further questions:

- Do I need any patches when I copy a PS2 DVD game?

- Can I play Backups without those patches, or only with the neo2.2 and the Action Replay2 Boot disk?

- Can I burn a PS2 DVD game 1 to 1, and then play it with my neo2.2 with the action replay2.

- Does anyone know how to explain every step to copy a PS2 dvd game.

I do know the answer to your question, but you really should ask this on the ps2 forum.

i'll tell you. you have a cheapo chip. I recommend dms3 plus modchip. it will boot all without any swapping at all. jus put disc in and it will boot. sounds nice eh. put disc in=boot.any disc in=boot.say it with me now disc in=boot. by the way nero 6.3 dvd or cd depending on which type of disc you have then copy to hd first then burn at slowest speed possible or else you may get skips or loading problems. thank you come a gain. you heard right come a gain. no typo.

If it's a dvd game, then you can make a 1:1 copy. If it's on cd-r, then I'm not sure if you can burn it on dvd-r. Good luck

use dvd decrypter choose iso read to rip it then once ripped use same programme again only this time choose iso write job done :round:

Hi, hope this works for you: get dvd decrypter ....download from shareware...
( my ps2 uses swap magic, I dont know if that will make a diff' but I dont think so ) set it up and go to MODE> iso>read. this will read the disc- remember to have set a DESTINATION folder for the info to go to - when the disc has been read go to MODE again and click on iso>write....its as simple as that. Good luck....oh! at this stage im only able to copy most games....not all, so if it doesnt work try with another game...im about to try to find out why i cant copy all games. cheers.
