HI there peeps, I am wondering what the prices of dvd burners are at the moment, also including the media. What specs are out there ie what burning / reading speeds. thanks dudes.

the best place to look for prices is www.pricewatch.com. Almost all DVD-R drives have simillar specs. They are all 2x at the moment. The only differences between them is if they do DVD-RW or DVD-RAM.

Then there are DVD+R, but thats a whole different animal that I don't recommend.
