Hi there, just woundering whats the best dvd copier out now for the pc to buy.
I have been thinking about these
Pioneer DVR-104
Pioneer DVR-A03 DVD-RW
Pioneer DVR-A04 DVD-RW
What the differences between them. The Pioneer DVR-A04 DVD-RW is obviously the new one but whats the difference between that and Pioneer DVR-104 which is supposed to be new to.
I am wanting to copy Xbox games as they are gona be bigger than 1gig and also dvd's. How easy is it to copy dvd films like Matrix, Mummy etc.

Pioneer DVR-A04 DVD-RW is the best. It works for PS2.
No DVD burner can direct copy DVD movies with a 2nd layer.
No DVD burner can burn X-box disk, because there 9gb long, but if you get a reader that can read them, or take the one from your X-box, you can
rip some of the files, IF NEEDED. I doubt any X-box games are over 5gb yet

The 104 is the oem version of the 04! It in other words is the non-retail pack,and may not come with software!

hes right they r the same drive!
ps. i have heard that the a03 is more stable then the a04 but i dont know if there is any truth to this!

Cheers for the replies. How do you find out what films are 2nd layer then. Is there a site that tells u. Is this films that are two sided.
The OEM version DVR-A04 DVD-RW of this i can get for £277.80 (£326.42 inc VAT) & the Original is £306.74 (£360.42 inc VAT). Is it worth paying the extra 30 ish pounds to get the other or would u spend that on extra dvdr. I do have Nero, so i could use that copy them.

Sorry for jumping on your post but i am also interested in this subject but don't see the need to start another post when most of the answers would just be repeated. Hope you don't mind.
I know that these writer's only do it at 2 times speed, is there anything faster just around the corner?
Also the best place to purchase these writers from?
I only want to buy it once and so would like to get it right first time, with a little help.
so any help appreciated
