Every time xp loads the language bar is there near the clock, how do i stop this?

The only icon on my desktop is the recycle bin, how do i get my computer and my documents displayed?

Right click on "start" and click on properties.

Then pick classic menu.

Close the language bar and when you close it, it should ask you if you want it to load on start up.
