I'm buying a new keyboard and am thinking of Microsoft's Natural Elite. I know there is the Pro too with a lot of short cut keys, but I doubt they will help me out as much as the price difference between the two is...
I type very much and want the Natural (split) keyboards. The cordless don't appeal to me at all.
Any ideas? Do you have any experience from the lite keyboard? Or is there a good alternative? I want it to be rather silent...
Thanks

When it comes to mice and keyboards MS kicks butt! They make very good devices and have great serice too in case anything should go wrong.

One mmore thing. Logitech are OK, but unfortunately they have focused on the cordless stuff which doesn't always work as good... Whatever you buy avoid the cordless stuff!

Didn't mean to put down Logitech. ALL cordless keyboards/mice have their problems. MS, Logitech and all brands. The only flawless mouse i've heard about so far is the latest MS Explorer.
But back to keyboards, which is what User48 is asking about. What I said was that Logitech have focused very much on cordless ones and they are NOT as reliable as the USB or PS2.

I apreciate the answers, but I still don't have any comments on the keyboard that I'm planning to get... Anyone have any experience from Natural Elite from Microsoft?
