Last Tuesday (7 Days ago), I ordered a replacement Controller Port for a PS2.

Stated as In Stock on their Site, with a 24/48hrs delivery.

They took payment straight away and Im still waiting! a week later!

They answer the phone but all I get is:

After 2 days: "Haven't checked the email for a while..."

"I'll see if I can dig one out for you"

"I'll send one out tonight..."

"Should be with you shortly..."

"Definitely been sent to you..." etc etc etc


Has anyone got any success stories from these people??

I ordered a Neo 2.2 chip along with an AR2 which as you said they take payment straight away, but they did say there were out of stock quoting 5/7 days till stock arrive. received the gear 10 days later so really only 3 days delivery time!

At least they do seem to process the orders, even if a little slowly, I was beginning to get worried there.
