O.K. my cd burner **** the bed. If you were in my shoes what would be the best burner for the money. In other words, what kind of burner should I get and where can I get it. I don't want to spend more then like 150 for it. If your choice is more, then list it, maybe I will get it then.

bought my new plextor model #CDR-PL-401240A

40X12X40.....can't wait, I got it for 145 and changed shipped. Thanks to the cheapest search they have on this board.

LiteON's are perfect, just as good as plextor almost, and are a lot lot less. Can pick up a 40x for ~£65+ or a 32x for around 58£
