a friend needs a tv tuner card on his laptop so he can watch the world cup games while at work, very slyly.

where can i get a cheap, but reasonable quality 1??

I got a hauppage USB running on my Laptop, good pic quality cost me about £55 from PC world I think(on offer), i doubt you will get a USB one for much cheaper than that
