Hi

I was wondering if anybody knew why SVP's phone number is not recognized. I placed an order on Sunday (next day delivery) and haven't recieved the order or an explanation why it hasn't arrived.

Can anyone help, I believe the owner is a former mod...

Cheers

FYI peeps:
If you need anything delivering on a Saturday, SVP will get parcel force to deliver. Its not advertised because SVP don't agree with the price.
If you are desperate on a Friday (like I was today !!) then you can pay an extra £12 plus VAT for Saturday delivery.
The guys at SVP state that they are doing what they can to get this price down.

Brian. We are up to date with our emails as far as I know. Can you mail us us again with the problem you are having?

ph33nix, and anyone else who needs Saturday deliveries,....we are working on a cheaper solution, but all the couriers seem to want a lot of money for working Saturdays.

Sad to hear you guys having probs with interlink. Theese are IMHO the best couriers going. I always send my goods with them and am always pleased when I see a firm I buy off using them.

I am a bit biast though as I only live a few yards away from the local yard so If I miss delivery I can pop in and pick up persoally.

Parcelforce by comparrison are very poor. I was quoted £25 to send a monior with no guaranteed delivery date cos the recipient was in the Highlands. Interlink delivered next day for £15.

Also I sold a DVD player to Limehac on this forum and the runaround I/he got was outrageous. As I remember it took almost 2 weeks to get there and when it did nobody could find it and Limhac had to go to the depot everyday and cause a scene. They denied it being sent etc, and if it wasn't for his (Limhac's) persistence I could well have been branded a ripper. Right up until he actually got the player they didnt even aknowledge it had been sent despite me having an insured reciept.

I use Interlink too and find them by far the best of the bunch, and cheapest.
