Can't open files on CD burned with old Cequadrat

I have backup CDs of data files burned using Cequadrat on an old Win98 computer that has since crashed. The CDs must not have been "closed" and now I can't open them on my XP computers (although I can "see" the files via Explorer).

Any help would be appreciated.

Cequadrat/WinOnCD packet CD is no longer supported. It will not work on XP. You must reinstall Windows 98 on your old machine & reinstall Cequadrat software with the packet cd function. Otherwise you will not be able to recover any data from the CD since packet cd uses it's own unique format. There is no other solution because Cequadrat used their own standards on this data storage method and it is not standarderized.
