please help, which is better Via or SiS chipsets?

Im having problems with my motherboard which has Via chipsets on it and ive purchased a board with SiS chipsets on it but it gave me a very low bench mark score on 3D Mark 2001 (alot lower than the board with the Via). The FSB on the SiS board was only running at 66 mhz and my old board was running at 100, this maybe the cause of the low score?

All I really need to know is which is better Via or SiS?
Amd duron 1300
GForce 4 ti4200
win me
512 mb ram

The Via board is a ... MSI ......MS-6330 lite Atxva
The SiS board is a ...PC chips...M810-LMR-7.X

Which is the better board?

For AMDs VIA is a better option. SiS works low for me too. :(
