i've been trying to burn a cd im no computer genius but for some reason it just won't work i'm using windows media player and i've got windows xp i've done all the troubleshooting and none of that worked it just keeps saying enter a new blank disc or change the make of cd i've now tried 3 different types and none of them work. thank you to anyone out ther who might be able to help

If you are sure its a blank CD, nothing on it or anything then you could possibly go to My Computer , then the CD Burner drive and drag files straight to that. After you are done, hit "Write these files to CD" and you should go through a little tutorial....Its not much better than using Media player. Its nothing compared to Nero but it works...

I use Ashampoo burning Studio when I burn, It Burns audio, video, and Data backups. I have never had a problem. :)
