Help---windows text fonts changed size!
Suddenly, when I booted up this morning, my windows text fonts had changed size (become larger), so now all my emails and some web pages have larger font sizes on them. When I went into Control Panel/Display/Appearance and clicked on the Active Window text, the section for font size was grayed out. I could change the text color but not the font or size. How can I get my font size back to what it was? Any suggestions?

you're not running in safe mode are you?

Do you have a scroll wheel mouse. You may have accidently changed text size with it. Use the View->Text Size menu option and set it to medium.

no--not in safe mode. yes I have a scroll wheel mouse (my daughter was on the pc yesterday and this is when it happened but she didn't tell know how it is). The View--text size medium thing worked. It had been reset to Largest. Thanks. I still can't access my windows text font size though so my emails are still being displayed with the larger bold-faced Ariel font. Oh well.

well---now I had to reboot after I made the change above to medium size and now my emails are back to normal! I can't figure out WHAT the _____ happened! (maybe it's gremlins.....)

A reboot is often good for exorcising Gremlins. :D
