It's physically possible, but not legally.

When you buy Windows, you are really only purchasing a licence to use that software and that generally means on one machine only.

An exception is a corporate licence for example which allows you to install it on a given number of machines.

Also if it's XP, you will have problems with Product Activation if you try to install it or more than one PC.
