Try reseting everything back to default.

How do I reset all of the defaults in Internet Explorer?
There is no master button to return all of the settings back to default levels in Internet Explorer,however there are several steps that can be done to change the settings to defaults.

Note: Some of these options may be grayed out indicating they are still at the default level.

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. In Internet Explorer, from the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

3. On the Internet Options General tab, click Delete Cookies.

4. In the Delete Cookies dialog box, click OK.

5. On the Internet Options General tab, click Delete Files.

6. In the Delete Files dialog box, click OK.

7. On the Internet Options General tab, click Clear History.

8. In the Internet Options dialog box, click Yes.

9. On the Internet Options General tab, click the Security tab.

10. On the Internet Options Security tab, click Internet, and then click Default Level.

11. On the Internet Options Security tab, click Local Internet, and then click DefaultLevel.

12. On the Internet Options Security tab, click Trusted Sites, and then click Default Level.

13. On the Internet Options Security tab, click Restricted Sites, and then click DefaultLevel.

14. On the Internet Options Security tab, click the Privacy tab.

15. On the Internet Options Privacy tab, click Default.

16. On the Internet Options Privacy tab, click the Content tab.

17. On the Internet Options Content tab, click the AutoComplete tab.

18. In the AutoComplete dialog box, click Clear Forms.

19. In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK.

20. In the AutoComplete dialog box, click Clear Passwords.

21. In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK.

22. In the AutoComplete dialog box, click OK.

23. On the Internet Options Content tab, click the Programs tab.

24. On the Internet Options Programs tab, click Reset Web Settings.

25. In the Reset Web Settings dialog box, click Yes.

26. In the Reset Web Settings dialog box, click OK.

27. On the Internet Options Programs tab, click the Advanced tab.

28. On the Internet Options Advanced tab, click Restore Defaults.

29. In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK.
