Question .mov or .mpeg to vcd

sponsored links

Does anyone have any idea how to write a .mov or .mpeg file to vcd.
I am running an imac on OS 8.6. Ive tried using VCD option in toast but it always cames up with some error about the number of sectors not being a multiple of 1024 or something.

Is their some software that I need to convert these files.
