what is #bins I always see it posted about emulators and other xbox utilities.

its xbins and its a channel on EFnet on IRC where you can get most of the software for the xbox

Does anyone have a link for a faq on using mIRC? The newsgroups seem pretty helpfull, but I'd like to try this method as well.
