Default XP deleting network settings help

sponsored links

Basciall i have 2 pc one one xp and one on 98. The xp one has a broadband connection and i then use a switch and network cards to let me use the internet connection on the system with 98.

However every so often xp seems to delete the settings! and i have to go and set the network back up ONLY on the xp machine.
Doesn't take long but is very annoying!

So you got any idea on how to solve this problem

thanks
