Slayers will format the new drive for you just plug the new drive in after making a backup of your original of course put the slayers disc in and pick rebuild larger hard drive wait a few mins and then you will be ready to go

do i just copy everything from my xbox to my pc via flashfxp?

Here's what I do to make an ISO.

FTP all files to a folder on my PC titled with the game name.

Then with XISO I point to that directory and save the ISO to the same folder. I title the ISO the game name.

Then I use Nero to burn the ISO image.
You'll want to check your Nero settings. Maybe some one could post those here for you or do a search for Nero settings. Make sure you're using Nero Burning Rom and not trying to do it with Express.

Have fun! It can be time consuming so if you have the HD space you may want to save your ISO's until you know you wont need them.

i'm talkin about copying everything form the original xbox hd to a new one.
can i just do that by ftp? and then copy it to the new hd.
can i backup my original xbox hd to the new hd?
and lets say i install my new hd, can i just switch back to the original hd by just pluging it in?
