Post .bin file problems

I have an svcd file which has an .bin extention

I am at a loss as how to do anything with it]#

can anyone help
how do I openit or convert it to mpeg?

A BIN file is a CD image, to extract the mpg try something like ISOBuster.

Also, if you don't want to extract it, burn the image with Nero or something and then watch it on your DVD player (assuming it supports DSVCD's)
