Default video file extraction

i've just downloaded a movie file from bit torrent and it needs so they say to be extracted using winrar. i'm not sure how to use this software , i've looked in the help file but i'm not to sure what to do. is there a better guide like the ones you get on dvd help to open the files to extract so that you get a movie file to burn

Right click and select Extract Here.

Anyway, I'm moving this to Open as it is not extactly video related.
