what do you mean by "link"?

if you mean so you can upload/download between you then look at the following link ***********.cdrom-guide.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=261885

if you mean so you can remote control another PC, then either use an application like VNC or if using XP, then use Remote Control which is built in to XP.

HTH, T.

You could try 'PC Anywhere' software from symantec. Have used it a few times and its quite useful. But as pointed out about, you really need to be specific about what you mean by 'link'

do you want to 'link' them for remote file transfer
'link' them for MSN chat?
'link' them with a really big chain as a security precausion.

Regards

id look at ftp progs.

you can use Messenger or somthing similar to chat to each other and use almost any FTP prog (take a look at www.tucows.com there are hundreds) to set up a private link between the two machines such that you can add-move-delete progs from each others shared folders (subject to the access rights you grant each other).

Im not an FTP wiz so maybe someone else can offer some tips, but thats the way i'd go.
