Default Email stuck on client!! why ? and how to remove ?

sponsored links

I have one email then as soon as i click on, the program generates errors and it crashes meaning i cant delete

Its not a virus just an advert from a company i bought shoes off in the past.

www.kitbag.com so the email finishes with ...@kitbag.com

How do i remove it ?

the email client is 'incredimail'

Please if someone had a similar problem let me know

DJ

Hi m8
try going to this site ***********.mail2web.com/
u need to put your username and password in for your email account, then try deleting it from there.
Dont know for sure if it will work but worth a try.
Be patient m8 the site takes awhile to open

DjSwift,

Unless you have it set to keep a copy of the message on the server, then NO you're not wrong.

I don't know Incredimail at all I'm afraid but imagine it's similar to other mail clients. The only way I can think of removing this is create a new folder and copy your mail in the inbox, bar the troublesome message, to this new folder. Alternatively there may be an option to export the messages. Then close Incredimail and delete the inbox. Then reopen and your inbox should recreate itself. Then restore your mail.

I would advise looking on the help file or their website to see if this is possible.

HTH, T.

I dont keep message on servers
if it does it deletes itself after 5 days or so..

Incredimail is similar to outlook express.

I cant even click on it, it gives errors so moving it aint an option

DjSwift,

If it's like OE then my previous answer should work, and may be the only option you have.

Read the fix again, it does not mention moving the bad email, it says to move all emails bar the problem one.

Cheers, T.
