Not sure on that one. I had a Sonic My DVD program that was most certainly not Recordnow Max.

RecordNow Max have been changed to Sonic RecordNow Deluxe. Sonic bought the Veritas RecordNow Max 4.5 and is currently at 4.61 Version. There is a new version 6.5 Deluxe but hard to get ***free*** download

Well the old Recordnow Max V4.5 with the update works just great for me so I won't complain.

I just use the regular copy mode (don't use the wizard), and make sure the "make a temprorary image to Harddrive" box is checked. Put in the original disc and the blank DVD-R and hit the record button. It will then read to the HD and once done, will write it back to the DVD-R. Simple enough.
