Default User Bandwidth priority?

sponsored links

Hey,

I have set up a domain at home and I was wondering if there was any kind of software that I could run that could give one users internet usage priority over another. I usually am away during the day and often leave things downloading, and then when someone else uses the internet its too slow. I know MS ISA can give priority to specific users, but is there any other programs anyone knows of that can do the same?
