use a proggy called dvd2one....
it has an option to join vob files
and then just burn with nero...good luck

DVD Lab can join the files but it may go out of synch, although what you can do is link each movie file together so they play as normal (i.e when one vob is finished playing it goes to the next one)

why go through all the trouble! use vobedit to join the files, then use ifoedit to creat new ifo. Then use nero6 to burn it to a dvd. you need to go to goodle and search for information on how to use vobedit and ifoedit.

Yep, vobedit then ifoedit is the best way m8 - done it loads of times and always perfect results
