Unhappy PLEASE HELP!! "list error" trying to ftp XBOX

I watched 'Star Wars Episode III Bonus Disc' and it updated my XBOX. I don't know if this caused my current situation but now I can't ftp my Xbox. I can connect but can't see any partitions. Here is what I get:

Can someone please help.
