Default xecuter 2 problem after installing new case - plz help!!!!

i bought 1 of those new cases from ebay without the bottom panel and ever since i put the case mod on my xecuter 2 chip doesnt load. when i hold in the power button it looks like the chip is activating but instead of coming up executor 2 at the bottom it comes up microsoft and goes to the microsoft dashboard. i cant access any of my old dashboards like evox or unleash x. its like my xbox was never chipped has any1 got an idea of what might have gone wrong???

my mate has the same prob as you i think it is all to do with the D0 port did you soilder or get the solderless adapter
