Default got a blue screen of death error : bad pool header

what does that mean?
It happened right after i tried to run a video file. Using win xp pro.

does it come with an error code? eg. 0x0000C0A3
if thats the case, you can:

Open calc.exe, set it to Scientific view, set it to Hex and Dword. enter the 0000C0A3 part, and then select Dec. it should now be converted to a decimal error code, which you can find in the below link.
