Default 3 DVD players cant be wrong!

sponsored links

My computer reads all blank discs (dvds & cds) as already being full.
And even though I know they are blank, even when I try to burn them in nero it asks for me to put in a "blank media".
I have checked that these discs are blank on other computers..
AND...
I have tried 3 different DVD-burners, two HP and a LITE-ON and all of them give me the same problem.
My current DVD-burner (LITE-ON DVDRW LDW-811S), which can READ commercially recorded CD's & DVD's fine... cannot read home-burned data discs.
And still cant recognize blank dics as actually being blank!!!
Any ideas from the great minds of this forum?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?
