Safe Mode, and rename it back should work.

If not, just use something like MoveOnBoot or Unlocker.

Also what could be tryed is to right click on it, select open with, and if you have IsoBuster installed, select this to open it.

If it does, you can then extract the files in the iso to a dirtectory on your HDD.
