Default Marvel Vs Capcom 2 C.S. help

can someone please help me out here

ive got all the beginning stuff done
wav to adx to bin

then i'm at this part where you have to create a dummy file
well i use some dummy.exe program to find the mvc2 folder then press build but theres no
MVC folder all there is is adx and data file under my selfboot folder
data file shows five more folders

i'm so close i think and the site i went to has diffrent methods then what they have on video
on the video he opens a dos screen i tried that and thats what i need to do
but when i tried i couldnt get it to selfboot directory
kept saying error

please can someone try to make somthing up of all of this

incase you didnt understand what i was saying cuz i'm new to this

but im basicly at the create iso on this site
