1. Run the top DVD Ripper for PS Vita, add your DVD files(DVDs, IFO/ISO) to the program.

2. Choose PS Vita video formats. Click on "Format -> PSP/PS3 -> PSP H.264 movie (*.mp4)".

Then, click on "Settings" to set "Size", modify "Original" as "960*544" to get full-screen effect.
